Shipping Rates (U.S. Only): Natural Sampler currently provides a variety of shipping options. Free standard shipping may be available for some purchases (minimum purchase requirement may apply). Additionally, flat-rate shipping options are available for your convenience. Please note that free shipping and flat-rate options are subject to change without prior notice.

During checkout, you’ll have the option to select from various shipping services. It’s important to double-check your shipping address and associated charges before finalizing your order.

Please be aware that shipping costs are calculated after any discounts are applied. If you’re aiming to qualify for free shipping based on a minimum purchase, ensure that you still meet the criteria after all discounts have been deducted.

Shipping Rates Outside of the U.S. – For shipping to locations outside of the United States and Canada, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Agency/Carrier – We primarily utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping agency/carrier.  However, customers may request alternative shipping services if preferred.

Shipping Delays – After an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and we no longer have control over its delivery. If your product shows as “shipped” and is taking longer than expected to arrive, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Please note that we have access to the same tracking information as you do, using the provided tracking number.

Rerouting Orders– To ensure accurate shipping notifications and customized details, and proper protections for your order, it’s necessary to cancel your existing order and re-enter the correct shipping address. Otherwise, your order may appear as though it has not been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining accurate shipping information.

Will-Call/Customer Pickup – Please note that our warehouse is currently not equipped for will-call or customer pickups. Consequently, all orders will be shipped exclusively via carrier service (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Refused Orders – Refused orders may incur a $3.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, and will be deducted from your canceled-order refund. Shipping will not be refunded for refused orders. 

Processing Time/Time to Ship – Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Our days of operation are Monday – Friday. We do not ship on U.S. federal holidays.  

Shipment Origination – Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma, however, some of our products may ship from our partner locations. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple shipments.
