Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates (U.S. Only, including U.S territories and U.S. possessions.) - Natural Sampler currently offers free standard shipping on orders $25 or more to orders being shipped within the United States only. Orders that are $24.99 or less have a flat rate shipping cost of $3.00. Free shipping and flat rate shipping is subject to change without notice. Other shipping service options are available at checkout. Please always verify shipping address and shipping charges before submitting your order. NOTE: Gift Cards do not count towards free shipping offer. 

 

Shipping Rates (Canada Only) - Natural Sampler currently offers free standard shipping on orders $75 or more to orders being shipped to Canada. Orders that are $74.99 have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.99. Free shipping and flat rate shipping is subject to change without notice. Other shipping service options are available at checkout. Please always verify shipping address and shipping charges before submitting your order. NOTE: Gift Cards do not count towards free shipping offer. 

 

Shipping Rates (Excluding U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada) - Shipping to locations outside of the United States and Canada will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Shipping Agency/Carrier - Our preferred shipping agency/carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Other shipping services are available at customers request. 

 

Shipping Delays - Once an order has shipped, we have no control over it as it has been handed to the carrier. If your product has shown shipped and it is taking longer than expected for you to receive it, please contact the carrier as we are only able to see what you see from the tracking number.

 

Rerouting Orders- If you need to reroute your order to another address before we have processed your order, please contact right away so that we can attempt to locate your order. There are no guarantees, but we will make an attempt. If your order has already been processes, you must contact the carrier to reroute. Any additional charges will be paid customer.

 

Will-Call/Customer Pickup - Our warehouse is not currently setup for will-call/customer pickup. At this time, all orders will be shipped via carrier service (ie., USPS, UPS, etc.).

 

Refused OrdersRefused orders will incur a $3.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, and will be deducted from your canceled-order refund. Shipping will not be refunded for refused orders. 

 

Processing Time/Time to Ship - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours and in the order that they are received with a few exceptions:

    • Expedited shipping methods and VIP orders that are placed by 2:00 PM EST on operational days are processed and shipped the same day. 
    • Expedited shipping methods and VIP orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped on our next operational day. 
    • Our days of operation are typically Monday - Friday, although we may ship on some Saturdays. We do not ship on U.S. federal holidays.  

 

Shipment Origination - Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma, however, some of our products will shipped from our partners in various locations. Most items shipped from a partner location will include that notification in the product description. Also, your confirmation email(s) will inform you of separate shipments.
