Customer trust and satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. That is why we offer 30-day returns. We do have a few easy steps to ensure that your return is routed correctly and you receive your refund quickly. (See Easy Return Steps)



----- REFUNDS ----- 
Refund Process Time - Once we have received your return and inspected the item(s), we will approve your refund and a refund/credit will be issued within 2 business days and will be refunded via the method you have requested (account credit, or refund.) If you have requested a refund to your credit card or bank, your refund will applied to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days (although some banks may take longer). If there is any delay on our end, we will notify you via email.

Damaged Items - Please inspect your order right away. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order (based on shipment tracking details). 

Refused Orders Refused orders will incur a $3.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, and will be deducted from your canceled-order refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded for refused orders.

Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are non-refunded. This is because shipping charges are for the service the carrier provides which are completed once we ship package.

Gift Cards - Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items - From time to time, we may run a particular special or special-offer, or offer a certain item (such as a clearance item), that is non-refundable. If there is a non-refundable item, we will make note of that in the product description.



Keeping your returned items safe - Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them, otherwise, depending on the level of damage, your return can be rejected and you may not receive a refund, or a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from refund.

Track and protect your return shipment - When returning an item, we strongly urge you to obtain a tracking number. If the items you are returning are over $25, you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and these recommendations help protect you from missing returns.




  1. Contact us - We will start the return process and verify the item(s) you wish to return. We will then send you an email including the details of your refund such as refund total, refund method, and the address you will need to ship your return. 
  2. Securely package your return - If your return is approved, package your return securely so that you receive the full refund amount that is stated in your email. (For tips on safely returning your product, see Protect Your Return Shipment above)
  3. Ship - Follow shipping instructions that we email you. We will notify you when we receive your return and when we issue your refund.
